New Toning Eye Gel with Vitamin K ($28) is a cooling, lightweight gel that provides immediate relief and revitalization for tired, puffy eyes. Niacin and Vitamin K aid in restoring elasticity and firmness to the delicate eye area, helping to improve skin tone and reduce the appearance of dark circles.
