Robert Cook has appeared on E! Fashion Emergency and other television programs and has lent his incredible talents to New York Fashion Week and the Sundance Film Festival.
He is the makeup artist of choice for such famous faces as Rose McGowan, Alec Baldwin, Kelly Rutherford and Rosanna Arquette.
Robert Cook will be offering free make-overs at Belk-Phipps Plaza on Nov. 18th 11 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
