Make it as localized as possible too. If you’re living in Boise, for instance, only use keywords relevant to the Boise real estate market.
2. Clean the House
To ensure your open house truly stands out, the property needs to be in immaculate condition before buyers start showing up. Make sure the owners clean the house in advance or hire a cleaning firm if needed.
3. Stage the House
Not all houses are furnished in a way that is easy to sell. Try to make the property as attractive as possible by staging it beforehand and emphasizing the selling points – is there a fireplace, new kitchen appliances, etc.?
