I’ve been sleeping on my Sleep Number x12 bed for nearly a year now. In this time, I have learned so much about how to maximize my use of the bed by adjusting the various settings and studying my daily sleep patterns using SleepIQ technology.
I now know exactly which Sleep Number setting works best for me (I’m a 45). The x12 bed’s comfort level and support gives me the relief I need and I no longer experience discomfort at night as a result of my mattress. I now sleep more soundly and don’t spend as much time lounging restlessly in bed. The overall result is more energy, easier and earlier wake ups, and much more productively throughout my busy day.
If I start a new workout routine or try a new exercise class or movement, I can easily adjust my Sleep Number setting to help with any temporary muscle soreness, which is definitely an added bonus. Plus, I love the dual settings. With just the touch of a button, both sides of the bed can be adjusted so it’s as comfortable as possible for both me and my sleep partner. This simple feature has allowed us to sleep better as a couple.
