San Juan’s historic Caribe Hilton recently reopened, unveiling a long-awaited $150 million renovation. I met with the manager of the property, along with some of my favorite media pals to celebrate Caribe Hilton’s comeback and hear about the renovations.
Our lunch was hosted at
El Super Pan – The Battery with traditional Puerto Rican staples and ice-cold piña coladas courtesy of Caribe’s original recipe (FYI the cocktail was invented in Puerto Rico at this very hotel, decades ago!!)
