A lot of people are raving about the Flat BellyDiet. This diet focuses on good-for-you fats, or monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs). They suggest one serving of foods high in MUFAs at every meal. The top 5 MUFA foods are 1) oils, 2) nuts and seeds, 3) avocado, 4) olives, and 5) chocolate. A diet that actually promotes chocolate consumption!
